Mildred J. Kurtz Employment and Training Center strives to inspire and empower people affected by the negative influence of unemployment, thereby creating lasting solutions to poverty, crime, hunger, and social injustice. We serve individuals and families in the neglected and most needful communities of our service area. We provide our clients with support designed to maximize employability within a faith-based foundation.
We believe God's Love and Grace are the foundational pillars that bring people together to build communities of hope and progress. We seek to inspire staff and clients by creating positive, long-lasting changes in their lives. We seek to enrich job-seeking and work experiences by mobilizing the creative power and financial generosity of staff, volunteers, friends, and partners.
